Q: Can I cancel my tickets after they have been confirmed?
A: Tickets Theater does not accept refunds or exchanges. Once you have submitted final payment for your purchased tickets, it is considered a final sale. However, we are aware that situations can sometimes prevent you from attending the show you wished to attend. With that in mind, we offer another way to cancel the tickets you’ve purchased. You can purchase a cancellation insurance, which will provide you with the option to cancel your purchase tickets. For an additional fee, cancellation insurance, entitles you to a full refund of the ticket cost, provided that we are notified by via email no later than two business days prior to the performance of your intent to cancel.

Q: What if I can’t make it to the show because of bad weather?
A: Apparently, the show is impossible to cancel due to bad weather. The one who is authorized to cancel the show is the producer. Otherwise, we can’t offer refunds.

Q: What if my tickets were lost?
A: If you have lost your tickets, we suggest to call our Customer Service department at least one to two days before the scheduled show and ask for assistance. A lost ticket voucher will be given to you and act as a replacement for your lost ticket.

Q: Do I have to wear a formal dress in the show?
A: The Theater is certainly a special place, however, there is no required dress code. You can wear the most comfortable smart casual wear or casual business wear.

Q: When should I arrive at the theater?
A: It is a good question! Most theaters open 10 to 15 minutes before the show begins but we do suggest to get there 30 minutes early.
